In the work I’ve provided, I’ve demonstrated the Analyse phase of the ADDIE model through collaboration with key stakeholders to identify learner needs and instructional goals. This process ensured that the design is aligned not only with stakeholder expectations but also with the needs and context of the intended audience, creating a more purposeful and effective learning experience.
