This workplace safety eLearning course was developed using Adobe Captivate and published in HTML5 to ensure seamless cross-platform compatibility and responsive design. Rooted in adult learning principles such as self-directed exploration, relevance to real-world tasks, and minimal cognitive load, the course leverages scenario-based instruction, visual hazard categorization, and interactive decision points to promote active engagement and performance-focused outcomes. The modular structure supports microlearning, while the clean UI and intuitive navigation reflect learner-centered design tailored for diverse workplace audiences. This project exemplifies agile instructional development, combining technical precision with pedagogical intent to deliver scalable, accessible safety training.
