Problem
As digital environments become increasingly integrated into daily work, individuals often struggle to maintain healthy habits and boundaries. Many existing wellbeing resources are either too lengthy or not engaging enough to support real behavioural change. 
Approach
This project was designed as a concise, reflective learning experience to support individuals in building healthier digital habits. The module uses short, focused content, interactive prompts and self-reflection to encourage meaningful engagement without overwhelming learners. The design prioritises simplicity and accessibility, allowing users to pause, reflect and apply small, practical changes within their own routines.
