To address the growing need for accessible and engaging digital wellness education in the workplace, I designed a concise microlearning module titled “Workplace Wellness in a Digital World.” This eLearning experience fills a critical gap by offering a quick, interactive refresher that reinforces key wellness behaviors without overwhelming learners with excessive content. The module leverages cognitive load theory and adult learning principles to promote retention and engagement. The design is intentionally minimalistic and modular, aligning with best practices in performance support and just-in-time learning. It’s ideal for busy professionals who need a reminder, not a re-education, on how to maintain healthy digital habits in modern work environments.
